After divorce, relocation, years of putting everyone else first — or simply that quiet feeling that something needs to change — I know what it means to be in that in-between space.
I work with women who are exactly here. Not through motivation or quick fixes. Through honest, grounded work that helps you find your own footing again and build a life that actually feels like yours.
How we work
We start where you are — not where you think you should be. The work is different for every woman. But a few things are always true.

Clarity in conversation
Everything starts with conversation. We talk about where you feel stuck, overwhelmed, angry, lost, or unsure what to do next. Many people don’t need advice. They need clarity, honesty, and space to think out loud and understand their own life better.

Boundaries and structure
Then we work on real life: decisions, boundaries, priorities, routines and structure. Change does not happen only in conversation. It happens when you start saying no, making decisions, changing habits, and organising your life differently.

Between sessions
The work does not pause when the conversation ends. Between sessions, you have voice-message support — for the things that surface before we speak again. That is often where the real shift happens.
Meditation, somatic awareness, or simple grounding practices may be part of our work – always shaped around what you need in the moment.
